We are excited to have you join us in Chaska, Minnesota for our 2008 user group meeting.
Each year, Powel’s user community gathers to share information about mobile work management, to learn new software functionality, and to get tips from our software engineers. It's also a great opportunity to give feedback to the product development team and to get exposure to a number of partner software and hardware products during the three day meeting. This conference is an invaluable networking opportunity for users at every level.
The Steering Committee is working hard with our team in planning an agenda that will provide specialized presentations for different business functions. Topics have been organized to provide "introductory" level information on Day 1, with added detail on subsequent days.
Topics will include:
- Improving customer service through Mobile Work Management
- The latest product updates and releases
- Integration strategies that to maximize investments
- Developing reports for every level of the organization

Registration Information:
This year we’re offering several registration options for your convenience.
Full UGM Registration (Monday, April 21 — Wednesday, April 23)
Full registration is $400.00 per attendee. The cost of registration covers all sessions throughout the meeting, breakfast and lunch throughout the meeting, and all planned social events.
Daily UGM Registration
For those individuals looking to participate on specific days during the conference, we have provided a day rate for the UGM. This is a great way for additional colleagues to receive hands-on experience they need while balancing work schedules and budgets.
Monday Only, April 21 — $195.00
Tuesday Only, April 22 — $195.00
Wednesday Only, April 23 — $140.00

(Sunday afternoon, April 20 1-5 p.m.) — $150.00

Transportation to the Hotel:
Shuttle Service: The Oak Ridge Hotel and Conference Center is 22 miles from the MSP International Airport .
Powel has arranged a special shared shuttle service for User Group Attendees for a fee of $10 per person.
The shuttle will pick you up at the Passenger Pick Up area at the airport and bring you to your hotel.
This shuttle service must be made in advance so that we can coordinate and schedule your pick up time.
This shuttle service will be provided Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th.
The Oak Ridge Hotel will provide a shuttle service for the return journey back to the airport.

Taxi service: Taxis are available at the Humphrey Ground Transport Center, which is located in the Humphrey Parking ramp on Level 1.

from the hotel to and from the conference center.
The discounted guest room rate at the AmericInn is $81.00 + tax.
Be sure to book your rooms right away as the cut off date for this special rate is April 15th.
